Introducing our new lead vet Dr Chantelle
Chantelle is thrilled to be joining the fear-free team at Manningham Vet Clinic. Graduating in 2011, Chantelle briefly worked in regional mixed practice before coming back home to small animal practice in Melbourne. A passion in behaviour medicine has amplified to a devotion for improving pet welfare advocacy among veterinary practitioners, particularly within veterinary clinics.
Coupled with a love of feline medicine, this has led Chantelle to become a member for the International Society of Feline Medicine and aspire to elevate awareness of fear-free and cat-friendly accredited clinics to improve patient care.
Outside of the clinic, Chantelle also works as a Group Fitness and Dance instructor, teaching five LesMills programs to keep some balance around their veterinary journey. Sharing a love of fitness, fine food and Brooklyn 99 with husband Douglas, they are the doting pawrents to @twosassykitties Leo & Louis.
Chantelle is eager to get to know you, your beloved pet, and work towards the purrfect approach to their health needs.
Chantelle will be available for consultations on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Friday mornings and every second Saturday beginning from the 21st on January.
