Bailey is a very handsome Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who has had a rather delicate condition. Bailey managed to find some bone scraps and gobbled them down but unfortunately they did not agree with his tummy. He was unable to pass the bones and got very constipated.
After x-raying him, it was obvious that Bailey required some help. We placed him on intravenous fluids, gave him a general anaesthetic and then an enema. Bailey coped very well with all the procedures and was much happier when he awoke with an empty tummy. He is recovering well and hopefully will keep away from those scraps!
